On 29th of November 2017 fermenters FAT was finished. The equipment included 2 fermenters: 25 and 300 L.
On the first day we checked P&ID, all the components, and performed the leakage test. On the second day we checked the software and the controllers. The graphics show how all the important parameters change with time. We also did CIP for the 25 L vessel.
On the third day we did CIP for the 300 L vessel and sterilisation for both vessels. We prepared all the protocols and finished FAT successfully.
